Influential Instagram artist Jeff Cole fell into the popularity of fellow sneakerheads with his viral Kanye West design with Red Octobers. Preceding the drop of Kanye’s 350 Boost, came his next mashup, forever cementing his foothold in the kicks community. The design made its rounds through multiple sneaker accounts. Sneakers morphing into celebrities and TV characters was just the beginning. Creating the niche of using recognizable, relevant culture icons, Cole created his perfect shot. Basketball has been an interest early on since childhood for IKONICK owner Jeff. He provided artwork and brand direction for a brand known as Active Dreamers, resulting in a slam dunk. This play opened doors to the expansive network of NBA connections. Steph Curry is just one of many NBA athletes enjoying Cole’s work.

Launched October 6th, the LA-based artist converted 30 teams to modern canvas art, including Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, and Chicago Bulls. Each team’s logo received Cole’s anomalous creative touch to each of their insignias.
