Start by adding in one winner friend and cutting one loser friend out of your circle. Disassociating yourself with childhood friends doesn't mean you wont ever speak to them again, it means you're more intentional about the time you spend and interact with them. Confidence and hunger get passed onto each other. The more it's around you, the more you will passively receive it.
