Ikonick LLC (\"Ikonick\") warrants each covered product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"gmail-p2\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhat is covered.\u003c\/b\u003e If a canvas fails, loosens, tears, warps, or otherwise fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Ikonick will, at its option:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul class=\"gmail-ul1\"\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"gmail-li2\"\u003eReplace the product with a new canvas of the same design, size, and options at no charge; or\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"gmail-li2\"\u003eIssue a credit equal to the original purchase price of the product, to be applied toward a new Ikonick purchase.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"gmail-p2\"\u003e\u003cb\u003eWhat is not covered.\u003c\/b\u003e This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, improper installation or hanging, exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, normal wear, or any cause other than a defect in materials or workmanship.
