CANADA ORDERS

International canvases orders will get to you in 10-20 business days of purchase. For international print orders, you can expect delivery within 10-15 business days.You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your product ships out. 1-Year Warranty & Satisfaction Guaranteed

All IKONICK canvas art is handmade in the USA at the highest of standards. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to helping all customers with any issues that may occur. In addition to this, we offer a 1-Year Warranty for $9.99 at checkout. 

With the purchase of the 1-Year Warranty at checkout, we warrant this product against failure due to any defects in materials or workmanship under normal product use and maintenance. All warranty periods begin on the date of original purchase and are in effect for the duration of one year. If a canvas fails, breaks, loosens or tears over time due a defect during the applicable warranty period, IKONICK will provide a new canvas of the same design, size and options, at no charge. Alternatively, IKONICK will allow a credit in the amount of the original sales price to be applied to the retail purchase price of a new IKONICK product. Except as otherwise stated herein, those are IKONICK’s exclusive obligations under this warranty for a product failure, and those obligations do not extend to damaged products caused by customer mishandling. 

Customers must notify IKONICK by emailing support@ikonick.com of any defect or complaint with the product, stating the nature of defect or complaint, providing photos of the defective product, and making a specific request for replacement of the product under warranty.

Return Policy

For orders within the United States, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30-days from the delivery date to start a return process. A 20% restocking fee will occur on all returned items. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.

To begin your refund process, please contact support@ikonick.com with your name, order number and reason for return.
All international orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our IKONICK Care Team, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.

We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email support@ikonick.com if you are interested in buying 7+ pieces.

All pieces are in inches. Calculations are as follows:
12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)

Most US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Internationally carriers may vary but all shipments are sent via DDP.

All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth.
