Ikonick Product Warranty

This warranty applies to products for which Ikonick Product Protection was purchased. Ikonick LLC ("Ikonick") warrants each covered product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What is covered. If a canvas fails, loosens, tears, warps, or otherwise fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Ikonick will, at its option:

• Replace the product with a new canvas of the same design, size, and options at no charge; or
• Issue a credit equal to the original purchase price of the product, to be applied toward a new Ikonick purchase.

What is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, improper installation or hanging, exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, normal wear, or any cause other than a defect in materials or workmanship. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to make a claim. To request warranty service, contact Ikonick at  support@ikonick.com within the warranty period. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the affected product. Ikonick may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Your exclusive remedy. Replacement or credit as described above is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikonick is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
